From the California Coast to the Colorado Rockies: Art Layered with Life.

I am an artist recently moved from San Diego, California to Erie, Colorado, where I live with my husband, Rhushi, and our little boy, Vihan. Sculpting light, color, and texture from my Erie studio, I create art inspired by the beautiful places I have been.

For as long as I remember, I have always had a love affair with color and texture. Be it glueing pieces of thread together to depict hair on my paper dolls or adding paper quilling to my paintings.

Nothing much has changed, now I work in my home studio with acrylic paint and medium to create texture. Light reflects differently through texture and colors which gives painting a unique layered effect.

When I am not working in my studio, you can find me hiking beautiful mountains, watching sunsets and clouds in the vast landscapes, playing and making a mess with my little boy, digging around in my garden, cooking delicious meals, and having a good laugh with my friends and family.
